Okay so, this transaction was rocky from the beginning. I offered $20 and the seller had free shipping. They accepted. Immediately after my card was charged they canceled my order saying they needed to charge shipping and that it was a mistake that only orders over so much get the free shipping. I get it, mistakes happen but the way it was gone about is what upset me. They messaged me saying I can decline the sale for $20 with shipping, but I still wanted the bag so I said no no, I’ll pay shipping. But it was like they were unhappy that they sold it and went on to tell me how, because of the price, they wouldn’t be making much money on the bag. Why accept my offer then? I am the one that has to wait for a refund. Not to mention, when it arrived it smelled awful. This experience was not great would not buy from this shop again.
