5 stars because they're honest, not pretentious, not rude, shipped the parcel soon, nice and great communication and a lower feedback would ruin their feedback-based reputation, they're a honest small business and I support small businesses. Unfortunately the parcel got lost during transit ...I got refunded by Paypal. But I do recommend this shop!
